Here are two easy ways to register your community, municipality, or public agency as a rechargeable battery and cell phone collection site:

1. Register online using the form below
2. Print and complete the form, then fax back toll free to (877) 405-6082

Communities and municipalities participating in the Call2Recycle™ program are listed as active collection sites on the RBRC web sites, www.rbrc.org and call2recycle.org, and on the RBRC toll free helpline(s), 1-800-8-BATTERY and 877-2-RECYCLE. Public Agencies are not listed, however there is no cost to participate.

Community/Municipality Site: collects rechargeable batteries and cell phones from the general public and is listed as an active collection site on RBRC's web sites, www.rbrc.org and www.call2recycle.org and the toll free helplines 1-800-8-BATTERY and 1-877-2-RECYCLE.
Public Agency Site: collects rechargeable batteries and cell phones generated within an organization. A Public Agency is not listed as an active collection site for the general public on either of RBRC's web sites or toll free helplines.

Your organization or public agency will be placed on our automatic replenishment system. Therefore, there is no need to contact RBRC for more boxes after you receive the initial kit.

My community or public agency will use Department of Transportation (DOT) approved vented non-metal or lined steel drums or cardboard boxes, arrange shipping and pay freight invoices. Then we will bill RBRC for the shipping costs - we'll be sure to include a copy of our shipping documents.
 

My community or public agency will sort batteries by chemistry. Please send (#) of free pre-sorted authorization labels. Pre-sorted boxes will help us cut down recycling costs
 

My community or public agency will NOT sort batteries by chemistry. Please send (#) of free mixed chemistry authorization labels.
