Here are two easy ways to register your business as a rechargeable battery and cell phone collection site:

1. Register online using the form below
2. Print and complete the form, then fax back toll free to (877) 405-6082

	My organization would like to receive free pre-addressed, freight pre-paid, RBRC collection boxes. To the address listed below, please send:

Your organization will be placed on our automatic replenishment system. Therefore, there is no need to contact RBRC for more boxes after you receive the initial kit.

For larger quantity shipments, my organization will use Department of Transportation (DOT) approved vented non-metal or lined steel drums or cardboard boxes, arrange shipping and pay freight invoices. Then we will bill RBRC for the shipping costs - we'll be sure to include a copy of our shipping documents.

	My organization will sort batteries by chemistry. Please send (#) of free pre-sorted authorization labels. Pre-sorted boxes will help us cut down recycling costs
	My organization will NOT sort batteries by chemistry. Please send (#) of free mixed chemistry authorization labels.
